Arthur’s academic involvement includes serving as a Contributing Editor for the Entertainment Agreements volume of Canadian Forms & Precedents from 2001 to 2007, as well as chairing and presenting at conferences across Canada, the US, China, and England. He has also lectured at prestigious institutions including McGill University, UBC, and UVic.

Arthur is a graduate of McGill Law School (1985) and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1990 and in British Columbia in 1992.
