Ms. Desjardins represents her clients in the filing and examination of applications, opposition proceedings, regarding the IP and other intangible assets of M&A and financing transactions, and litigation in a strategic role in Canada and abroad. She negotiates licences and technology transfers, advises and defends clients’ rights in the field of advertising and labelling, and other topics such as the Charter of the French language. She regularly gives conferences, seminars, as well as courses, and publishes articles on intellectual property matters.
