She advises financial institutions, private lenders, corporate borrowers and private funds on domestic or cross-border bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, as well as complex intercreditor arrangements between such various parties. Additionally, Elly has been involved in various insolvency-related matters, including corporate restructurings, DIP financings, bankruptcies and receiverships under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
