Jean Fontaine is a partner and member of the litigation and dispute resolution and restructuring and insolvency groups. His practice focuses principally on the areas of restructuring and insolvency and shareholders disputes. He has been involved in numerous cases where he either acted for the defence or for the plaintiff. Among other clients, he represents financial institutions, trustees, and public companies. He is a member of the Montreal office’s management committee. As such, he is actively involved in all management areas of the office, including strategic orientations.
