A professional engineer and lawyer, Marc Tremblay is a partner and member of Gowling WLG’s Montreal office, where he works in the Business Law Group. He practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on joint ventures, strategic alliances, financing and mergers & acquisitions of private corporations, particularly in the technology and telecommunications sectors. He also handles transactions in the information technology and manufacturing sectors, negotiating various agreements for the development, licensing, integration, and transfer of technology, the outsourcing of computer services and business processes, as well as the establishment of joint ventures and strategic alliances. Marc previously worked as an engineer for an engineering consulting firm and one of the largest mining companies in the world. He practises law in both English and French.
