Mr. Fraticelli started his career in Quebec in 1985, having also been a member of the Paris Bar from 1981 to 2021. He joined LCM Attorneys Inc. in 2017, after more than 20 years at Fraticelli Provost, a boutique litigation firm that he founded in 1996 and of which he was one of the principal partners. Since the beginning of his career, he has focused his practice on litigation and, more particularly, on advising and representing clients in the fields of professional liability, construction law, insurance law, civil liability, and product liability. He is, and has been for several years, identified by Lexpert as one of the best lawyers in the field of Professional Liability and Insurance Law. He is recognized as a Litigation Star in Benchmark Litigation and was chosen by his peers as Lawyer of the Year in the field of Construction Law in the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada.
