Sarah is a seasoned litigator having appeared before all levels of Quebec courts, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal. Practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation, including securities litigation, contractual disputes, “bet the company” litigation, shareholder disputes and class actions. She is ranked highly for her expertise in commercial litigation and class actions by her peers and her clients in the most reputable legal publications, including Chambers Canada, Benchmark Canada and The Best Lawyers in Canada. Since 2020, she is listed among the Benchmark Top 50 Women in Canada. From 2015 to 2019, she was the Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Sub-Committee for Canada and co-presided two recent editions of the American Bar Association’s National Institute on US-Canadian Securities Litigation. A prolific author and lecturer, Sarah has also been teaching the McGill’s Civil Litigation Workshop over the last 15 years.
