Scott Booth is the managing partner of JML’s family law practice and has been a dedicated advocate for families in British Columbia since being called to the Bar in 1994. With an exclusive focus on family law since 2006, Scott is renowned for his compassionate and strategic approach to resolving complex legal issues. His expertise covers litigation, mediation, and arbitration, providing comprehensive support for clients navigating divorce, separation, child custody, and property division matters.

Recognized as a leading family lawyer by Lexpert®, Doyle’s Guide, and Best Lawyers, Scott L. Booth is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. In 2020, Scott expanded his influence by teaching family law as an adjunct professor at the Allard School of Law.
