Simon Grant practises corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on financing transactions and financial regulation. He routinely acts for borrowers, credit providers, and sponsors on loan facilities, complex M&A transactions, and financings in the mining sector including streaming, royalty, and offtake transactions. Simon also advises clients on financial regulation, including fintech companies and foreign financial institutions doing business in Canada.
