He has a proven track record as a senior trial and appellate lawyer, representing clients at all levels of court in Canada as well as before a broad range of administrative and regulatory bodies. Steven is particularly known for defending significant class actions and regulatory proceedings, as well as acting as national litigation counsel for major manufacturers, distributors, and diverse businesses across multiple sectors.

As national defence counsel, Steven frequently manages Canadian proceedings that involve class actions and regulatory matters spanning multiple international jurisdictions. His expertise also extends to commercial arbitration, where his innovative strategies and in-depth knowledge consistently deliver results for his clients.

In addition to his litigation practice, Steven Rosenhek is committed to legal education.
