Adam L. Perzow is a distinguished partner in the Commercial Real Estate Group at BLG’s Toronto office. With an extensive focus on commercial leasing transactions, Adam possesses in-depth expertise in drafting and negotiating retail, office, and industrial leases, alongside ancillary agreements.

Adam skillfully represents a diverse array of clients, including landlords and tenants of all sizes. His clientele encompasses REITs, pension funds, and developers with both regional and national portfolios, as well as retailers operating on a Canadian and international scale.

Besides his leasing proficiency, Adam is well-versed in assisting companies in the realm of bankruptcy and insolvency legislation, helping them reorganize their real estate portfolios effectively. His active involvement in professional associations such as NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) illustrates his dedication to the industry.

Adam holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000.
