Adam Saskin is a partner at Fasken, serving in both the Corporate/Commercial Law Group and the Real Estate Law Group. He is also the Co-Leader of the Corporate/Commercial Law Group in the firm’s Montreal office. Recognized by leading legal directories across Canada, Adam is highly regarded for his expertise in Corporate/Commercial Law, Venture Capital, Leveraged Buyouts, Private Equity, and Real Estate Law.
Adam’s Corporate/Commercial practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, and guiding emerging technology companies through their lifecycle, from formation to exit. With extensive cross-border experience, Adam is adept at managing complex M&A transactions and serves as a member of Fasken’s US Committee.
In his Real Estate practice, Adam handles acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, the structuring and formation of real estate funds, financing, and commercial leasing matters. Before joining Fasken, Adam practiced at a prominent national US firm in Boston and another leading law firm in Montreal, further enriching his expertise in both domestic and international transactions.
