Andrew’s broad litigation practice involves corporate and securities litigation, CCAA matters, and strategic commercial disputes. In his corporate litigation practice, Andrew regularly represents and advises corporations, boards, and board committees on transactions, proxy fights, governance issues, and internal investigations. He handles disputes arising from completed transactions as well as oppression and related proceedings. Additionally, Andrew provides counsel to family enterprises and advises on strategically significant commercial disputes.

Andrew is active in securities litigation with a focus on contested transactions and regulatory investigations. His experience includes proceedings related to disclosure issues, options backdating, insider trading, and market timing. He also represents clients in securities class actions on behalf of issuers, underwriters, directors, officers, and trustees. His practice further extends to insolvency litigation, representing stakeholders in CCAA, bankruptcy, and receivership proceedings.

Andrew has appeared as counsel in various courts, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as before the Ontario Securities Commission and other provincial courts and securities regulators.
