An accomplished author, Angelo has penned numerous articles, particularly in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, energy law, and joint ventures. He is frequently invited to speak on these and other corporate and commercial law topics for various organizations and university faculties.

Angelo sits on the Firm’s Partnership Committee and is actively involved in the external community through the board of directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the advisory board of the M&A Club. He is fluent in English, French, and Italian, enhancing his ability to serve a diverse clientele.
