Alain Massicotte leads the Montreal Infrastructure/P3 Group, specializing in corporate and commercial law, project financing, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). With extensive experience in infrastructure development, Alain has served as counsel to numerous governments and agencies across the globe, including Morocco, Hungary, Bulgaria, Chad, Cameroon, Senegal, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, India, and Guinea.
Alain has played a pivotal role in landmark projects, including advising the successful consortiums on the CHUM hospital complex and Research Center P3 projects.
