Alan S. Harvie has been practicing energy, environmental, and regulatory law since 1989, providing strategic legal counsel to the upstream oil and gas and power industries. A former chairman of the firm’s environmental law practice group and a member of the energy department, Alan specializes in addressing commercial, operational, environmental, and regulatory issues for clients across various sectors.
