Andrew is a partner in BLG’s Corporate Commercial Group in Vancouver. His practice focuses primarily on merger and acquisition transactions for private companies, with a particular emphasis on the technology, professional services, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. This includes whole company acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital and private equity transactions, strategic alliances and partnerships, and complex commercial arrangements. His expertise extends to Canada-US cross-border transactions.

Andrew began his career in New York and spent several years working at a leading law firm there before relocating to Vancouver. He is currently a board member of the Association for Corporate Growth (BC Chapter) as well as an adjunct professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia, since 2018. Andrew is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada and Chambers Canada.
