Brendan MacArthur-Stevens specializes in complex commercial disputes, deal litigation, and public law matters, offering significant expertise in trial, appellate litigation, and arbitration. His extensive experience spans various industries and practice areas, including transportation (air and rail), large infrastructure projects and construction, energy, insurance, procurement, administrative law, and constitutional law.

He has skillfully represented clients in numerous judicial settings, including the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Canada, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Brendan has also demonstrated his arbitration prowess through representing clients in numerous merits hearings, both domestically and internationally.

In addition to his practice, Brendan contributes to the academic field as an Administrative Law instructor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law.
