Brian Crane, a distinguished certified civil litigation specialist by the LSO, is a senior member of Gowling WLG’s advocacy group. With a profound practice in constitutional, administrative, and Indigenous law, he is highly regarded for his appearances as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court, as well as various provincial and territorial courts and tribunals. His extensive experience in negotiating Indigenous land claims, self-government agreements, and related litigation and arbitration underscores his expertise in the field.

Honored as King’s Counsel in 1977, Brian is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
