Bryan Buttigieg is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, regulatory defence, due diligence, compliance, environmental approvals, brownfields development, and contaminated land issues. Certified as a specialist in environmental law by the Law Society of Ontario, he is well-versed in negotiating complex settlements for environmental disputes and defending clients against charges under both provincial and federal regulatory frameworks. These include the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, TSSA, and other similar legislation.

Mr. Buttigieg represents clients before all levels of court in Ontario and various administrative tribunals and ADR venues.
