Camille Aubin is renowned for her expertise in intellectual property (IP) litigation, providing strategic guidance on patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyrights, trade secrets, and related contractual issues. She has successfully managed some of the most intricate IP cases in Canada, presenting before both provincial and federal courts, including appearances at the Copyright Board.
Her daily focus on IP dispute resolution has endowed her with significant expertise in litigation prevention through strategic contractual and IP development. As an active participant in the Canadian IP legal community, Camille co-chairs the equity, diversity, and inclusion committee of the Montreal Bar and engages with the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal through liaison committees.
Camille’s dedication extends to her role as governor of the Quebec Bar Foundation and board member of the Fondation de l’École supérieure de ballet du Québec. Additionally, she imparts her knowledge as a faculty member at the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law.
