With over 30 years of experience, Caroline has honed a practice centered on civil and commercial litigation. She has represented clients in courts at all levels across Canada, including the Supreme Court and the Federal Court, as well as before various administrative tribunals and arbitration boards. Caroline’s expertise encompasses major corporate and shareholder disputes, fraud and cybersecurity litigation, directors’ and officers’ liability, construction law, and insurance law.

Her extensive experience also covers defense in class actions related to contractual and extra-contractual liability, product liability, competition law, consumer law, privacy, and personal data protection law. She is proficient in governance cases, human resources issues, internal investigations, and advising on risk management, ethics, and corporate governance.

Caroline is the Chairman of the Board of the Théâtre du Nouveau Monde, a director on the Board of The Advocates’ Society and the Foundation CHU Ste-Justine, and serves on the executive committee of the ICD’s Quebec chapter. Recognized for her outstanding contribution to law, she was honored with the Advocatus Emeritus title by the Quebec Bar in 2023.
