Christian Jacques is a distinguished partner in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group at the Montreal office of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. With extensive experience in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as public offerings, Christian is dedicated to assisting emerging and high growth companies in navigating complex financial landscapes.

Christian serves a diverse client base across various industries, such as Software as a Service (SaaS), virtual and augmented reality, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, neurotechnology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency. He has a proven track record of working with a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from early-stage startups to well-established public companies, in addition to private equity and venture capital funds.

Before joining Osler, Christian was instrumental in launching and co-leading an emerging and high growth practice at another major Canadian law firm. His experience is further enriched by his previous role as a corporate finance analyst for the Capital Market Division at the Autorité des marchés financiers (the Quebec Securities Commission).
