Christine (Chris) Muir’s practice encompasses complex commercial litigation and high-profile administrative matters. She is skilled in complex litigation, including contract disputes, and public and appellate law. She also has experience advising on and managing defamation matters. She represents clients ranging from large corporations and institutions to small business owners and professionals in sectors including health, finance, construction, and education.

Christine has appeared as counsel before all levels of courts in Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada, and appears before administrative tribunals, including as presenting counsel before the Ontario Judicial Council. She is committed to mentoring young lawyers and law students both within the firm and in the larger Toronto legal community.

From 2009–10, she served as a law clerk to former Chief Justice of Ontario Warren Winkler, and to Justices James MacPherson and David Watt of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
