Claudia Déry is an esteemed co-head of the construction and engineering team in Canada. With extensive experience in construction-related legal matters, she has successfully advised numerous clients and represented them in court, particularly for major public-private partnership projects. Her proficiency encompasses drafting tender documents and other essential construction law topics, and she contributes to the annual review of construction case law for the Canadian Bar Association.

Claudia’s expertise is recognized through her consistent inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2006 under construction law. She holds an LLB degree from Université de Montréal, obtained in 1992, and was called to the Quebec bar in 1993. Claudia shares her extensive knowledge by teaching construction law in the master’s program at Université de Montréal.
