Craig acts for clients in commercial and business disputes. He has represented many of BC’s largest corporations and entrepreneurs, and is regularly retained by law firms across Canada and the US. His areas of specialization include shareholder remedies, trust, pension and fiduciary disputes, securities and transactional litigation, product liability, mining disputes, class proceedings, and real estate litigation. As lead counsel, Craig has defended major class proceedings. He has appeared at all levels of court in BC, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and is an accomplished appellate counsel. Additionally, Craig represents clients in international and domestic arbitrations.

Recognition for Craig includes listings in Best Lawyers in Canada, Benchmark Litigation, Legal 500 Canada, Chambers Canada, and Chambers Global.
