Craig is the managing partner of the Vancouver office of Clyde & Co, with over 35 years of experience. Craig’s practice focuses on commercial, construction, professional liability, and insurance litigation. He represents design professionals, construction managers, owners, contractors, and their insurers in various disputes. Due to his background as a Professional Engineer, Craig provides knowledgeable and cost-effective representation in complex technical cases.

His extensive commercial litigation practice includes cases involving professional liability, bonding, builders liens, product liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, and shareholder disputes. Craig frequently represents insurers in coverage disputes. He is a regular lecturer on the legal aspects of construction and the design professions and serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of British Columbia, where he teaches a course on law for engineers and geoscientists.
