Peebles is a seasoned legal professional with a focused civil litigation practice. He specializes in class actions, particularly securities, data breach, and pensions, along with corporate-commercial litigation. Dana has a proven track record of representing leading Canadian and international companies in intricate legal matters across trial and appellate courts in Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Quebec, as well as in the Supreme Court of Canada.

Notably, Dana was co-counsel for defendants in the first two statutory secondary market securities class action leave motions in Canada. He has made significant contributions to Canadian legal literature as the co-author of “Securities Litigation Comes of Age at the Supreme Court of Canada,” an esteemed work cited by the Quebec Court of Appeal.
