Daniel is a dedicated member of BLG’s Private Client Group, specializing in estates and trusts litigation. His expertise encompasses will challenges and interpretations, passings of accounts, removal of trustees, dependants’ relief, and guardianships, as well as handling cases involving trusts, powers of attorney, and estate bonds.

He provides skilled representation in contentious multi-jurisdictional administrations and supports financial institutions in resolving disputes involving aging investors. Additionally, Daniel serves as a mediator for estates and trusts disputes and offers proficiency in insurance defence, commercial litigation, and family law.

Daniel is certified as a Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law by the Law Society of Ontario and is a designated Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
