Dan was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983 and has since built a distinguished career in management labour and employment law. A gold medallist in law from the University of Ottawa, Dan provides expert legal services to a diverse clientele, including private and public sector clients, professional sports management, and various First Nation employers.
His practice involves frequent appearances as lead counsel before provincial and federal labour relations boards. Dan is adept in the negotiation and administration of collective agreements, as well as in collective agreement arbitration. He is a seasoned speaker, having participated in numerous national and international labour and employment law conferences.
An accomplished author, Dan has contributed articles to various labour and employment publications. His expertise was further recognized through his role as a former member of the Editorial Board of the Employment and Labour Law Reporter.
