Daniel Allen is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office, specializing in public and private offerings of securities, M&A, and securities regulatory advice. With comprehensive experience as counsel on various transactions, he has managed IPOs, capital pool companies, TSE and TSX Venture Exchange listings, public and private financings, business and asset acquisitions, amalgamations, plans of arrangement, takeover bids, and reverse takeovers.
In his transactional expertise, Daniel also provides counsel to numerous mining companies on continuous disclosure, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, shareholder meetings, special committees, stock option and purchase plans, and stock exchange filings. His skillset extends to the creation, funding, and management of corporations.
