Danna Donald specializes in project finance with a focus on social and transportation infrastructure, renewable energy, public-private partnerships, syndicated loan facilities, and acquisition loan facilities. She provides expert advice to a diverse array of corporate borrowers and lenders, including developers, equity sponsors, contractors, domestic and foreign banks, bond underwriters, and other investors. Her role involves negotiating complex credit facilities, indentures, and infrastructure documents.

As a leader in financial advisory services, Danna has guided Osler’s commercial team in several major infrastructure and energy transactions. Her experience includes the debt and equity financing for some of Canada’s largest wind and solar projects.

A distinguished professional, Danna is a Founding Member and the Past Chair (2014–2016) of the Toronto Women’s Infrastructure Network and currently serves on its Steering Committee.
