Darren Donnelly is a distinguished partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group. Darren’s experience spans the complexities of large-scale real estate development projects, such as major rezonings, mixed-use developments, bare land subdivisions, strata-titled resort properties, and public-private partnerships. Recognized as a leader in strata windups, Darren and his colleagues at Clark Wilson have pioneered advancements in this area. His active participation in land use organizations showcases his commitment to the industry. He has previously been the chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers BC Government Relations Committee and a member, as well as a lecturer, with the Urban Development Institute Pacific Region.
