Dave boasts a special record of achievement in medical malpractice cases where he has successfully represented plaintiffs. His expertise extends to representing Ontario lawyers in litigation supported by LAWPRO.
With a distinguished 40-year legal career, Dave has appeared before the Trial Division, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been involved in numerous high-profile cases, such as the plaintiffs’ class action group for the Walkerton contaminated water claim and a landmark Aboriginal rights dispute. Most recently, Dave served as co-counsel in one of Canada’s most significant class action judgments.
His professional accolades include induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2009 and being named among Canada’s top lawyers in corporate and commercial litigation, insurance law, and personal injury litigation in 2013. Furthermore, he was distinguished as the Best Lawyers’ 2014 Lawyer of the Year in corporate and commercial litigation for London/Windsor.
