He is well-versed in handling matters for trustees and beneficiaries in estates litigation and has represented clients in high-profile courts including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Since 2012, David has been consistently recognized as one of Canada’s top Corporate Commercial Litigation lawyers by The Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada and featured in the Lexpert Special Edition – Litigation.
