David M. Brannen

David is a former occupational therapist turned disability lawyer, dedicating his practice exclusively to representing clients in matters involving long-term disability insurance, CPP disability, workers compensation, and the disability tax credit. As a respected author, he has penned several books, including “A Beginner’s Guide to Disability Insurance Claims in Canada,” “The Beginner’s Guide to CPP Disability,” and “The CPP Disability Application Workbook.”

Operating out of New Brunswick, David provides expert legal representation nationwide. He is a member of the Bar in Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. A former president of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, he is also an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

David’s academic credentials include a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy (1997), a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (2001), and a Juris Doctor (2004), all from Dalhousie University.
