Denise Baker is a seasoned legal expert and the co-managing partner at WeirFoulds LLP. Specializing in municipal and land use planning law, Denise adeptly represents municipalities, private landowners, and resident groups. Her vast expertise encompasses land use planning and development matters, including municipal finance, Planning Act applications and appeals, and Heritage Act issues.

Denise frequently advocates before municipal councils, Committees of Adjustment, the Conservation Review Board, and the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
