Doug Bryce serves as the National Managing Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he skillfully manages the firm’s Business Law group. His expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions and securities law, having successfully handled some of Canada’s leading public company M&A transactions. Doug’s comprehensive practice spans a wide array of transactions, including private and public company acquisitions, hostile and supported takeover bids, and going private transactions.

His proficiency extends to guiding private and public market financings, advising on mining matters and corporate governance issues, and supporting both domestic and cross-border issuers with their public company obligations. Doug spent several years honing his practice in the firm’s New York office (2008-2011) before returning to Toronto. He actively contributes to the firm’s Executive Committee and previously chaired the Mining Group.
