Eleni Kassaris is a partner and practice group leader in the Employment and Labour group of Dentons’ Vancouver office. With extensive experience advising employers in all aspects of employment and labour law, Eleni represents clients across various sectors, including technology, mining, property management, oil and gas, construction, and life sciences.

As part of her comprehensive practice, Eleni Kassaris provides both advisory services and litigation counsel for workplace disputes. Her expertise spans general workplace crisis management, addressing hiring, discipline, termination matters, wrongful dismissal litigation, post-employment competition issues, and human rights violations in the workplace. She also focuses on privacy issues, workers compensation, occupational health and safety matters, employment standards compliance, and executive compensation matters.
