Elizabeth Brown, a founding partner of Toronto-based Brown Mills Klinck Prezioso LLP, is an experienced pension, benefits, and executive compensation lawyer. Elizabeth serves as counsel to the Employer Sponsor of the University Pension Plan Ontario and was retained in 2023 to represent sponsors of a jointly-sponsored pension plan in Western Canada, focusing on pension governance and related issues. Her extensive experience includes advising on large defined benefit pension plan mergers, insolvencies, reorganizations, and she represents clients in pension litigation matters.
