Elliot Shapiro’s practice is transaction-oriented, with a focus on corporate and securities law, public and private M&A, infrastructure, and P3 financing. He is renowned as one of Canada’s leading securities lawyers and has served as a member of the Quebec securities regulator’s (AMF) Financial Advisory Committee for over five years.
