Éric is a partner based out of the Montreal office and is also the national practice group leader of the firm’s Business Law Group. He is widely recognized for his experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial work, and for his depth of expertise representing clients in the food, beverage, and agribusiness sectors. Éric’s practice focuses on all major areas of M&A, financing, restructuring, and regulatory work. Clients appreciate his pragmatic and business-driven approach when advising on acquisitions, regulations, and general commercial law. Éric serves as a director and vice-president/chairman on the board of each of Société de la Place des Arts, Fondation de la Place des Arts, and Culture pour tous. He is also Chair of the Faculty Advisory Board of the Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences of McGill University (Macdonald Campus).
