She is adept at negotiation and preparation of purchase and development agreements, drafting disclosure statements under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act, handling real estate marketing compliance, and navigating project development sales.

Erin is proficient in obtaining municipal approvals and managing entitlement processes such as subdivision and servicing requirements. Her expertise extends to structuring and implementing airspace parcel subdivisions for mixed-use developments and ensuring compliance with the Strata Property Act. Moreover, she offers counsel on complex real estate structuring matters.
