Eva has extensive expertise in complex international M&A transactions and capital markets. With more than 20 years of experience leading hundreds of M&A and corporate finance transactions, Eva advises on and develops deal strategy for a variety of transactions including arrangements, RTOs, going-private transactions, takeover bids, public equity offerings, convertible debt transactions, and IPOs. Eva is also a lead advisor to a number of international clients seeking to undertake strategic investments in TSX-listed issuers. She has navigated issuers through proxy contests and advised with respect to activist shareholder actions. Eva’s experience extends to the boardroom where she is also a director and chair of the Corporate Governance Committee of i-80 Gold Corp, a TSX and NYSE listed issuer. Eva is repeatedly recognized including by Lexpert (Mining, Finance & M&A), and Legal 500 among others. She was a regular lecturer on mining corporate finance at UWO Law School.
