Frank is Co-Head of Osler’s Asia Pacific initiative and the former National Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Group. Based in the firm’s Calgary office, Frank’s practice areas include mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He also leads Osler’s emerging company practice in Alberta. Frank provides expert advice to companies in the resource, financial services, and technology sectors on acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, governance, and corporate finance.

His expertise extends to advising clients from Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and worldwide, including sovereign wealth funds, state-owned enterprises, and public and private companies, on investments in Canada. Frank has a wealth of experience, having previously worked in Osler’s New York and Toronto offices and served on secondment with leading investment banks, Morgan Stanley and BMO Nesbitt Burns. Additionally, he holds directorship positions on several public and private entity boards.

Frank has contributed numerous articles on investing in Canada and the Canadian Energy sector, frequently speaking on these subjects. His knowledge and insights make him a sought-after advisor in complex international transactions.
