With extensive experience as an appellate advocate, Frank has efficiently conducted appeals in the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. In the realm of product liability, Frank serves as national lead counsel for innovator drug manufacturers in class proceedings. He notably led breakthrough cases such as Martin v. AstraZeneca and Price v. Lundbeck, where class certification was denied.
