Gabrielle Kramer is a distinguished partner in BLG’s Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation, and Regulatory Group, and a key participant in the firm’s ESG initiative. With her expertise, she provides strategic environmental risk management solutions to both public and private sector clients. Her practice includes directing complex environmental claims, advising on both new and historical losses, particularly in the oil and biofuel sectors, defending regulatory proceedings, and representing clients facing orders as well as negotiating voluntary compliance programs.

Her extensive knowledge extends to related insurance coverage, municipal law, and real estate issues, where she has successfully acted as counsel in numerous cases.

Her legal acumen is further showcased through her extensive appellate experience, having represented clients before all Ontario courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. She also advocates for a range of private and public sector clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal.
