George Karahotzitis is an experienced litigator, specializing in all aspects of matrimonial disputes, with a strong focus on complex financial issues and high conflict cases. As a partner at Thomson, Rogers in Toronto, George leads the Family Law Department, managing an extensive caseload and guiding fellow partners, associates, clerks, and assistants.

He is a regular presence in the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. George contributes to continuing legal education seminars and has co-authored numerous articles for CLE. From 2012–2023, he co-chaired the “Complex Issues” series of conferences by Osgoode Professional Development focusing on intricate matters in Family Law.
