Godyne Sibay serves as a senior strategic advisor for McCarthy Tétrault and holds the position of counsel in the Real Property, Project Development and Infrastructure Group in Toronto. Previously, she was the regional managing partner for Ontario. Godyne possesses extensive experience in project development, public-private partnerships, public and private procurement, as well as commercial real estate, leasing, acquisition, and construction matters.

Her clientele includes hospitals, universities, municipalities, professional sports organizations, government agencies, Crown corporations, professional sports team owners, equity investors, consortia, developers, lenders, Infrastructure Ontario, and Metrolinx.

Godyne Sibay is recognized for her expertise and experience in leading legal directories, including Chambers Global, Chambers Canada, The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, International Who’s Who Legal, The Legal 500 Canada, Guide to the World’s Leading Women in Business Law, and by Martindale-Hubbell.
