With extensive expertise in the taxation of investment funds, Grace provides strategic advice to investment funds, their managers, and sub-advisers. Her practice involves structuring new investment products, navigating restructurings, acquisitions, and wind-ups of investment funds, and advising on the taxation of registered plans.

Grace is also instrumental in assisting taxpayers in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, particularly in transfer pricing disputes.
